Blowing Rocks Preserve
You will not feel like you are in Florida when visiting the Blowing Rocks Preserve on Jupiter island in Hobe Sound. The preserve includes an educational center, native plant nursery, boardwalk, oceanside path, and a butterfly garden.
Located in the Panhandle of Florida it's known for its Gulf of Mexico beaches, golf courses and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Destin's water is so beautiful and clear such a gorgeous place to visit.
Honeymoon Island State Park
Honeymoon and neighboring Caladesi Island were part of a large barrier island that split in half during a hurricane in 1921. The waterway between the islands is known as Hurricane Pass. Honeymoon Island is a barrier island across St. Joseph's Sound from Palm Harbor and Crystal Beach. This island was introduced to in the early 1940's through newsreels and magazines advertising promised undiscovered pleasures for newlyweds.
St. Andrews State Park, Panama City Beach
St. Andrews State park has two-and-a-half miles of beaches, perfect for bicycling, bird watching, boating, canoeing, fishing, snorkling and hiking. It is also full of camping grounds.
